Today is a Casually chic kind of day, the kind of day where you may not feel like being super Sassy but you still want to ooze a little Sass. We've all been there and it's ok, sometimes you just want to be comfortable but still Slay that look. No worries, a chic t-shirt and classic pair of distressed jeans will do just that. You don't need to spend hours in your closet deciding on your look of the day, just Rock your style your way and you're good to go. Let's get Summer ready

Ok y'all know the saying "Summer bodies are made in Winter",Well thankfully for me I can start defining my body more towards Spring thanks partly to my genes are partly to my laziness,lol. I mean who really in all true honesty wants to workout, not me. But there are so many things you can do to keep your body in shape that doesn't include starvation and self torture through hard core workouts. Many of us have such busy lives that we just can't seem to fit gym time in in any manner. Don't fret, there are so many alternatives to a gym workout, many times you can workout with simple things found around the house until you can make it to the gym. Wanna work those arms, grab those gallon water jugs and get to lifting. Need to work those abs, get that old beach towel, lie it on the floor and do some old school sit ups. There really is no excuse when it comes to staying fit, don't let the ability to get to the gym stop you...put on your favorite music, grab your sneakers and your imagination and get your work out on...Remember, the hardest part is to start.

Vitamin C...How do you take yours

I am in serious need of some vitamin c today. I woke up this morning with that feeling, you know the one where your throat is itchy and your head is achy. So what do I do, I reach for the vitamin c pop when in my mouth and to make sure I'm good, I sip some orange juice as I'm taking it. The one thing I didn't realize is that vitamin c is in so many fruits and veggies, this was exactly what I needed, now I can be sure to get a good amount in my diet so that I can stay healthy and strong. OK, I'm off to make a yummy salad and yes you guessed it, it's full of vitamin c😊

What's that sound I hear outside my window, could it be rain? Any other day I would be in a frenzy over my cute hair and this rainy weather but I'm good today, this cap has me covered... Literally! There's nothing like a great cap on a rainy day, especially when you just don't feel like getting dressed but simply want to throw on some jeans, a comfy shirt and a jacket. This cap is perfect for this wet weather, I can be cute yet comfy and I'm cool with that. Caps are always on trend and the blinged out the better. OK, ok my caption holds a bit of sarcasm but when you're wearing a Moto Jacket and combat boots you can't help but feel like a rebel. There's just something about a leather jacket that makes you feel like a bad chick, like you automatically feel undefeatable. Over the weekend I got a chance to check out the movie "Black Panther" and let me tell you, it was magnificent. So today I pay tribute to the powerful women in Wakanda who showed Strength, Fearlessness and Courage. To some this was just a movie but to those of us who see the bigger picture... It was a movement! Wakanda Forever!

Feeling like a Superhero 

Hello Friday, it's great to see you😙. This weekend is going to be Epic, why you ask because I'm going to witness Greatness, yes the greatness that is the Black Panther movie. I can't wait to get dressed up and walk down that movie aisle like I'm walking in a Haute Couture show during Fashion Week, I am going to Rock it.... Popcorn and all. OK, every Tuesday we pay homage to all the great shoe designers by showing off our favorite footwear and today is no different. I came across these beauties during one of my many shopping adventures and I couldn't have been more excited, except for when I saw the price. As you know Badgley Mischkas is often quite pricey but your girl got them for a steal, now the only problem is where do I wear such gorgeousness *now y'all know I won't have a problem rocking these babies, that's just a bit of sarcasm. Shoes are a staple Fashion item that all girls love, from high end to low end I'll Rock them all... in high class style.

Happy Friday fashionistas, it's time to celebrate the weekend. It seems like the weekend comes and goes so fast that we must take full advantage of every second and make it count. This weekend is sure to be grand with the Superbowl on Sunday but seeing that my team isn't playing, I'll just be watching for the cool commercials and enjoying the yummy food. Im actually looking forward to Saturdays plans which is lunch, shopping and then a movie, yes shopping beats the Superbowl any day.
