Vitamin C...How do you take yours
I am in serious need of some vitamin c today. I woke up this morning with that feeling, you know the one where your throat is itchy and your head is achy. So what do I do, I reach for the vitamin c pop when in my mouth and to make sure I'm good, I sip some orange juice as I'm taking it. The one thing I didn't realize is that vitamin c is in so many fruits and veggies, this was exactly what I needed, now I can be sure to get a good amount in my diet so that I can stay healthy and strong. OK, I'm off to make a yummy salad and yes you guessed it, it's full of vitamin c😊
