Spa time
Sometimes you just need to relax and unwind. One of the most relaxing places to do that is the Spa. Work, kids and everyday life can sometimes be stressful and a bit overwhelming and we all need a little "Me time".  My me time go-to getaway is the spa and if your gym has a sauna or jacuzzi area take advantage of it and make it your "Spa" if you can't get to one. Your body needs a break from it all, take a dip in the pool and follow it up with a  rest in the jacuzzi (just don't fall asleep, lol) you need to relax those muscles and give them a little attention. When you're done relaxing your muscles in that warm jacuzzi water, take a seat in the sauna (again don't fall asleep,  lol)  and sweat out all those toxins that try and invade your body (let them know they gotta go, haha). When you're all done take a cleansing shower and finish up with a great moisturizer. Take time out to take care of your and body. Remember, you only get one!
